Update 14/2/2021 with government announcements: The government has announced an extension on the eviction ban up until 31 May [https://www.gov.uk/government/news/further-support-for-commercial-and-residential-tenants] . There are exemptions in place for serious cases including anti-social behaviour, illegal occupation, perpetrators of domestic abuse and rent arrears equivalent to
